Here’s how it works:

1. Schedule a pickup at your site

Keystone provides all required documentation, including certificates of insurance when required by site policies, to ensure a smooth and compliant process. Our experienced technicians handle the secure removal, loading, and transportation of your IT hardware and computer equipment in a timely and professional manner, with minimal disruption to your staff.

2. Asset inspection & audit

Keystone’s trained technicians will inspect, test, and record the relevant details for each asset. Our auditing procedure includes sanitizing the assets to remove any client identifying details, such as asset tags.

3. Data destruction & e-waste recycling

Our data security process is documented as part of our management system. All data containing devices are processed following NIST Special Publication 800-88 Revision 1, Guidelines for Media Sanitization. Keystone will recycle and properly dispose assets in accordance with our R2v3 management system.

4. Asset value return

We will also provide a fair market value (FMV) assessment for the equipment to offset or eliminate any disposal costs.
